Refund policy

At Allset Essentials, we strive to provide a smooth and worry-free rental experience. We understand that travel plans can change, and we want to be transparent about how refunds work. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

📅 Cancellation and Refund Window

Refunds are available only if the cancellation request is made at least one (1) day before the first day of your reservation.

  • Example: If your rental is scheduled to begin on July 10, you must request a refund no later than July 9.

  • Any request made on the same day as your reservation start date (July 10 in this example) or afterward will not be eligible for a refund.

🚫 No Refunds After Reservation Start

Once your reservation has started and the items are scheduled for delivery or have already been delivered, we cannot process a refund. This is because your equipment has already been reserved and prepared exclusively for your stay.

🔄 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone.

  2. Provide your order number and the date of your reservation.

  3. If your request meets the cancellation window, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.

⏳ Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

✅ Important Notes

  • Refunds are only possible within the time frame mentioned above (up to one day before your reservation starts).

  • No partial refunds will be issued once the reservation period has started.

  • If you wish to reschedule instead of cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate your new dates, depending on availability.
