Booking Terms
By placing a rental order with All Set Essentials, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions:
1. Reservations

All items are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
2. Delivery & Pickup
-
Deliveries are made on the first day of your reservation, at the property address provided.

Pickups are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the day of checkout.

Customers must leave all rented items outside the property (porch, front door, or designated area) by 8:00 AM for pickup.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including access instructions (gates, codes, resort policies, etc.).
3. Usage of Rental Items

Rental items are provided clean and sanitized. Customers agree to use them responsibly.

Items must remain at the property where they were delivered. Moving items to another location without prior authorization is not permitted.

Any damage, loss, or excessive dirt may result in additional charges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are allowed up to 1 day before the first day of reservation for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation start date are non-refundable.
5. Customer Responsibility

The customer assumes full responsibility for the rented items during the rental period.

All equipment must be ready and placed outside for pickup between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Any missing or broken items will be charged at replacement cost.
6. Liability

All Set Essentials is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the misuse of rental items.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children when using baby equipment.
7. Agreement
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
